Based on my experience I assist my clients in relocating and starting a successful business in the EU, as well as planning investments correctly, earning on owned real estate and capitalizing their assets.

Working with my clients, I become a fully-fledged colleague and member of the team in the process of project implementation. I conduct an audit, delve into every detail, develop a strategy and advise on how to achieve the desired goal correctly and quickly.

Having experience of several startup projects and in company management, I offer my clients working models of business structures and business processes.

Depending on the size and complexity of the business, the number of sessions, their duration and cost of my services may vary

My career

My career began in 1993 after graduating from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow, Russia) and defending a diploma specializing in "art critic, historian of art."

The very next year after graduation, I radically changed my life - moved to Italy, where I continued my education in Florence.

Over the next seven years, my life and work were connected with Italy. I have gained tremendous experience in such areas as traveling, luxury tourism, hotel business, as well as in sales, rent and maintenance of luxury real estate. During this time, I went through numerous traineeships and courses in management and marketing in Italy and Russia.

In 2002, I moved to Paris, France, where I worked as a partner in companies operating in premium tourism and real estate.

In 2005, I moved to the Mediterranean coast of France, known worldwide as the Cote d'Azur or French Riviera, where I founded my own company engaged in the sale of luxury real estate in France and Monaco (Casa Nobile Luxury Real Estate), which operated for 10 years, and then it was replaced with another company specializing in selling and renting of luxury real estate in France, Monaco and Italy (Property Collection - www.luxe-property-collection.com), which is still operating.

After just a year, in 2006, I participated in the creation of a company that also exists today and which specializes in luxury property management and concierge services on the French Riviera and in Monaco (www.dommanagement.com).

In 2016, I helped to start and run the project called "Properties for Rent" used for renting foreign properties.

In 2019, already in Monaco, I founded the only consulting company Waterstone Consulting, which provides the high-level services in the field of investments, real estate, business and life in France and Monaco to the most discerning clients and which combines long-term experience, communications and contacts kept over the years and, thanks to all of these, gives the customers the best expertise and the best experts in Monaco, France and Italy.
